For the Tabacchi

I am on the hunt for cigarellos or tiparillos or some sort of flavored tobacco mini-cigar. I've only tried a cigarette once, and even then I left it to Harry to finish. I seem to be a fan of rum-soaked cigars, are little versions of those made? Of all places, surely one can find something good to smoke in Italy.
